Terms of service

Team Metrics is currently a beta service. By creating an account or connecting a Linear workspace, you agree to these terms. They're deliberately short — we'll replace them with something more formal before we exit beta.

Beta service

The product is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Things may break. Numbers may be wrong. Data may be lost. We'll do our best, but please don't make irreversible business decisions based solely on what you see here yet.

Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. If we shut the service down, we'll give you reasonable warning and a chance to export your data.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service. Specifically: no attempts to break, circumvent, or overload it; no security testing without prior written permission; no using it to harass anyone; no uploading data you don't have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it on your behalf, in line with our privacy policy. Revoke the Linear API token in Linear at any time to stop ingestion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (We'll firm this up when we exit beta.)
